If you choose to connect them to the console, you can do so via Bluetooth or wired connection. If you connect them to the PSVR 2 headset itself, you’ll need to use the audio jack. Once your headphones are connected, you can adjust the audio settings in the PSVR 2 settings menu to ensure the audio is routed to your headphones. Yup. Make sure it's a USB3 hub. Just be aware that if you have other devices plugged into the hub that are communicating with the PS4, they have to share the hubs bandwidth, and performance can suffer (as you're effectively introducing lag). You can play any game on any device with Hdmi out but only in cinematic mode just plug the Hdmi cable from the device and plug it into the Hdmi port on processor box for the ps4 to tv connection.
